CANCELLATION POLICY:
- SINGLE ROOM:
If cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival, a full refund, minus a $35 cancellation fee, will be given. If cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. - MULTIPLE ROOMS:
If cancelled at least 3 months prior to arrival, a full refund, minus a $35, per room, cancellation fee will be given. If cancelled less than 2 months prior to arrival, 50% refund, minus a $35, per room, cancellation fee will be given. If cancelled less than 1 month prior to arrival, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. - ENTIRE LODGE:
If cancelled at least 3 months prior to arrival, a full refund, minus a $35, per room, cancellation fee will be given. If cancelled less than 2 months prior to arrival, 50% refund, minus a $35, per room, cancellation fee will be given. If cancelled less than 1 month prior to arrival, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
SMOKING POLICY:
NO smoking is allowed inside of The Lodge. Smoking is permitted outside ONLY. A cleaning fee of $500 will be charged to any guest that smokes inside of The Lodge.
PET POLICY:
Pets ARE NOT allowed in the common area or interior guest rooms of The Lodge AT ANY TIME. Pets are not allowed in any room of the Carriage House. Pets (25 pound maximum) are allowed in Room 5 ( Double Room) and Room 4 (twin Room) of The Lodge only, for an additional fee of $50 per day. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended, AT ANY TIME, in guest rooms. ALL pets must be kept on a leash when outside. Kennels are available at The Lodge, at no charge, for your convenience.
DAMAGES:
A guest that causes any damages to The Lodge property will be billed for the damages. A guest will be billed for any items that are not left in the room upon check out.
