Hunting at The Fork

In the heart of North Carolina's Piedmont, among the cover crop fields, river bottom, and inspiring landscape you'll experience upland game hunting at its best at The Fork. Here you will find everything you need for a memorable hunt. 1600 acres of woods, marshes and fields steeped in history and tradition offer hunting opportunities for quail and duck. Guests are encouraged to bring their families who can join them in the hunt or participate in a variety of other activities available at The Fork.

Hunting Rate Schedule: 2011-2012 Season (October 1st - March 10th)

Half Day Quail Hunt - 12 Quail Limit
Morning or afternoon hunt with light lunch.
Guide, dogs, cleaning and packaging of birds, and field transportation included.

Full Day Quail Hunt - 12 Quail Limit (per hunt)
Morning hunt followed by light lunch and afternoon hunt.
Guide, dogs, cleaning and packaging of birds, and field transportation included.

Duck Hunt – State Duck Limit
Morning hunt followed by a country brunch. Guide, dogs, cleaning and packaging of ducks, and field transportation included.

Combo Hunt - State Duck Limit, 12 Quail Limit
Morning Duck hunt and an afternoon Quail hunt, light lunch. Guide, dogs, cleaning and packaging of ducks, and field transportation included.

Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the experience I had at The Fork. I took my son on his first Duck and Quail hunt on the same day and we were able to shoot our limit of both in just a few hours. Our guides were very experienced and helpful especially given the fact my son is not an experienced hunter. Our accommodations in the Lodge were first class and both the meals prepared by the staff were excellent. I hope I get the opportunity to come back and enjoy this very special place you have created!
